Returns

On all products that are handmade, that is 100% of our products, there is no return of products, unless the product is defective at the time you receive it in your hands from the Courier.

The return is accepted only if a defective product is found within 3 days of receiving the order. In the event that the product is found to be defective, we assume the responsibility of return and replacement and the costs of return and reshipment are ours.

You can return the product and get a new one in its place, exactly like the previous one that was designed for you, while if you want we give you the option to choose another design or another product of equal value. In any case, a refund is not possible.
