All our products are 100% natural and handmade. All raw materials are recyclable, biodegradable, renewable energy sources, completely friendly to the environment, non-toxic for humans and animals. They do not contain alcohol and do not harm the marine environment.

No, our raw materials are exclusively natural. The wax comes from soy, rape or olive oil with a low melting point, without releasing soot into the environment.

What raw materials do you use in your candles?

Our raw materials are exclusively and only natural and the wax comes from soy, canola or olive oil with a low melting point, without releasing soot into the environment. All raw materials are recyclable, biodegradable, renewable energy sources, completely environmentally friendly, non-toxic (like paraffins). We supplement our "recipes" with vegetable oils and butters with essential oils and with ecological wooden or cotton wicks.

Can I return a product that I ultimately do not want?

No, the return is accepted ONLY if it is proven that the product is defective. The return of the product implies its immediate replacement by a similar or another product of the same amount. In any case, a refund is not possible.

Why are natural candles ultimately more economical than paraffin candles?

Accepted Answer

With their low melting point as a basic property (they melt, that is, at a low temperature), they offer long burning hours, about 50% longer than common paraffin candles. Once the candle is completely burnt, the residue left behind is very easy to clean with a little soap and water allowing the utensil to be reused.

They are natural with carefully selected raw materials and recyclable packaging. They are handmade down to the last detail and made to order (custom made) so you can buy exactly what you want.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order is completed, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. In case there is a problem with availability or for any other reason we will contact you. Courier delivery is made through happy courier and the usual delivery time is 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In addition, no deliveries are made on public holidays, weekends (unless otherwise specified)

What is the shipping cost?

The cost depends on the delivery method and the destination. 
Pick-up from our office is free of charge. 
For orders over €50 to any destination, courier delivery is free.
For destinations within Attica, courier delivery is €4.
For land destinations outside Attica, courier delivery is €5.
For island destinations, courier delivery is €5.
The charge for cash on delivery is an additional €2 to the shipping cost.
